“and now for the rest of the story”—remember those famous words from Paul Harvey? The Strategic Planning Committee and HOA Board of Directors sponsored Community Meetings to provide information to PebbleCreek homeowners regarding the values and benefits of living in our community.
Since last spring the SPC has been diligent in researching and reviewing additional sources of revenue that could make a positive impact on our community’s ability to manage our assets and future needs in a more timely way. We have explored and reviewed other successful age restricted communities comparing asset ownership and long term savings programs. The SPC and Board would like to report its findings and recommendations to you; —“the rest of the story,” as promised.
For your convenience we scheduled three identical presentations for the community. Two of them were held in October but, if you weren’t able to attend one of those, there is one more scheduled for November 20 that you and your neighbors will not want to miss. The presentation will last about 90 minutes, including a question and answer opportunity.
