Cathy Countryman Cook

Jim Ellison

The Pet Companions Club of PebbleCreek is pleased to have Cathy Countryman Cook, the Pet Companions Club Bird Rescue Coordinator and a volunteer at Fallen Feathers, as our guest speaker on April 3. We will meet in room 100 of the Eagles Nest Activities Center at 3 p.m. All PebbleCreek residents, whether club members or not, are invited to attend. There is no charge.

Cathy will be discussing baby bird season, temporary emergency care for wild and baby birds, and the Fallen Feathers Rescue and Rehabilitation Mission. She will also explain volunteer opportunities both here in PebbleCreek and at Fallen Feathers. Cathy plans to explore interest in a tour of Fallen Feathers to meet the wild birds and parrots for anyone who may be interested in volunteer training and participation at Fallen Feathers.

As always, we will have a box available for donations of petrelated items such as: dog beds, pet food (check expiration date), crates, cages, leashes, collars, pet medications (check expiration dates), etc. Those items not used in our rescues will be donated to other animal rescues.

Please address any questions to Jim Ellison at 623-935-6651.
