The Bookworms Club celebrates 10 years with champagne, strawberries and cookies.

The Bookworms Book Club, started April 2005, celebrated its tenth anniversary at Diane Warcholak’s with champagne, strawberries and cookies. We have read 110 books, had 10 holiday luncheons with book exchanges, had various authors call to discuss book, gone downtown to see To Kill a Mockingbird after reading Mockingbird about Harper Lee. One fall we had wine tasting while discussing Harvests of Joy by Robert Mondavi.
Members include Martha Bergman, Janet Brown, Naomi Doble, Sharon Hartsman, Brenda Hyman, Diana Johnson, Phyllis Minsuk, Nan Perkins, Penny Schneider, Kay Seif, Cheryl Skummer, Susan Small, Hermine Sulzberg and Diane Warcholak. The club was started by Elaine Brooks, honorary member.
