Our spring season started March 26 and will end the week of May 17, with a record–breaking 780 players, making up 72 teams! What a fantastic turnout … we’re catching up to pickleball!
The annual bocce picnic was held on March 16 at Sunrise Park and we served more than 550 meals. Food was provided by the Fire Up Freedom Fire Truck and everyone seemed to enjoy the food, as well as how organized it was this year—always a big plus.
Winter Season Champions
The winter season champions for each day, as well as second and third place winners are as follows:
Tuesday afternoon: 1st Bocce Buds, 2nd Bocce Boomers, 3rd PC Rollers
Tuesday evening: 1st Rogue Rollers 2, 2nd Bocce Buddies, 3rd Bocce Friends
Wednesday morning: 1st Larry’s Rollers, 2nd Misfits, 3rd United 40
Wednesday evening: 1st Boccelisms, 2nd High Rollers, 3rd Rock and Rollers
Thursday evening: 1st United 40, 2nd Bocce Boomers 2, 3rd Court Jesters 2
Friday morning: 1st Rolling Thunder, 2nd Rogue Rollers, 3rd Red Hot Chili Peppers
