Everyone is back from the holidays and ready to roll into this new year! The deadline for the Post prevented us from getting our grand results for the food drive out in the January edition, but the club was thrilled with the results of its Christmas Canned Food Drive.

In the two weeks provided for the donation period we collected almost 900 pounds of canned and non-perishable items! The Bocce Club thanks all of its members and all PebbleCreek residents who helped contribute to this generous donation to the Agua Fria Food Bank. Extra thanks go to the Bocce Club President Tom Bose and Statistician MaryAnn Bose for their effort in managing the coordination and distribution of the food stuff. Extra special thanks go to Dick Oehmann for the transportation of the donation to the Agua Fria Food Bank.
