The PebbleCreek Bocce Association is composed of more than 50 teams that play two days and two nights in fall, winter, and spring leagues. The residents who make up these teams come from all walks of life and many different parts of the United States and some from around the world. But the one thing they all have in common is they want to have fun.
So let’s meet the teams!
Thursday nights has a team called On A Roll. One thing about playing bocce in PebbleCreek, you never know who you’re going to meet on the courts. Many people just sign up as individuals or couples, and then a team is created. When On A Roll was put together, it was fun meeting new bocce friends. Two of the couples realized they had a lot in common. They both lived in Endicott, N.Y., and worked for the same company. But it took moving to PebbleCreek and playing bocce for them to meet. The best part is they are all having fun playing the game and enjoying the sunshine. They’re certainly On A Roll to the top.
