Let the dancing resume—first dance after the summer hiatus and it’s Summer’s End on Friday, September 22 in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom. Music for the night will be provided by DJ Jason Wong, a professional ballroom dance instructor who knows what we want to dance to. Tickets will be on sale at the Eagle’s Nest kiosk from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays, September 5, 12 and 19 and Thursdays, September 7 and 14 and also at the door on the night of the dance. Start the night at 6:00 p.m. with a no-host cocktail hour and ticket sales for our next dance which will be held October 13. This dance will also be in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom with music provided by Manuel Dorantes who was a crowd favorite at our opening dance of the year in January. These tickets will be available at the Eagle’s Nest kiosk on Tuesdays, September 26, October 3 and 10 and Thursdays, September 28 and October 5 as well as at the door on the night of the dance. Both dances are $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers.
Separate notice will be forthcoming on our final dinner dance of the year scheduled for November 10, first dance of the holiday season and the hosts are planning to make it very special.
