The PebbleCreek Homeowners Association Election Committee is calling for candidates interested in running for PebbleCreek’s board of directors. The volunteer position is for a two-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2022.
“As many know, the HOA Board has assembled a Transition Advisory Group to identify and analyze what will be necessary for the future transition from Developer control,” noted Gordon Seaman, election committee chairman. “We are looking for forward-thinking candidates interested in running for PebbleCreek’s board of directors who will help ensure a smooth, effective transition when the time comes. Our HOA is a business and functions like a small city, with ultimately over 10,000 residents,” Gordon continued, “so, there is a lot to be considered in making our evolution successful.”
Qualified candidates must be homeowners in good standing and be available to attend HOA board and committee meetings. For more information about the duties and responsibilities of being on the HOA Board, log into the PebbleCreek HOA website, pebblecreekhoa.org, and look for the “HOA Board” tag. For questions, additional information, or if you are interested in running, contact Election Committee Chairman Gordon Seaman at [email protected].
