Architectural and Landscaping Committee—Are You in Compliance?

Rick Watson, ALC Manager

To ensure the ongoing visual character of PebbleCreek remains consistent and harmonious with the overall plan of the community, while allowing individual expression in landscaping and decorations, all residents are responsible for reading and understanding the most recent Architectural and Landscaping Committee (ALC) Guidelines.

The ALC would like to remind homeowner’s of some violations that continue to be an issue in the community.

* Lighting has become a big concern. Please remember that all lighting must point towards the homeowner’s property and not toward neighbors, common area, golf courses, or streets.

* Colored lights are never allowed except during the holiday period of Nov. 15 and Jan. 15.

* Weeds need extra attention after a rain. The ALC continues to see yards with a lot of weeds.

* Hoses should be stored in a hose reel or hose pot when not in use. Hanging a hose on pipes, attaching a hose reel to the home, or coiling hoses on the ground is not allowed.

* As a reminder: All palm trees must be trimmed by Aug. 15 to avoid any fines.

* Any change to the external view of the property from the skin of the house to the property line must be approved by the ALC prior to the change.
