A perfect Poinsettia Ball evening was enjoyed by 280 PebbleCreek Italian Club members and guests on Dec. 6. It was a truly spectacular evening beginning with the cocktail hour appetizers and listening to the vocals of Bart Ventura. Six beautiful baskets were raffled, resulting in a large amount of money raised for charities.
The ballroom was decorated for the holidays, decked out with Thompson Florist adding beautiful table floral arrangements. Chef Michael and staff outdid themselves, serving an elegant meal that included filet and crab stuffed baked shrimp. Of course, in true Italian Club style, the meal began with our traditional bowls of antipasto and Caesar salads. Dessert was dressed up spumoni ice cream served with member-made trays of Italian cookies!
Rhythm Edition provided dinner and dance music, and dancing went on until nearly 10:45 p.m.
