On July 17, the PebbleCreek Singles Club attended a California Wine Class at the Goodyear Total Wine & Spirits store. The two–hour class featured white and red wines from Napa, Sonoma, and Paso Robles areas. The event was announced at the June meeting and signups filled the spaces available.
The instructor provided us with the wine–making techniques, various climates in the regions, and the history of how the different vines came to California, as well as who were the first wine makers in the state.
The evening was enjoyed by all attendees and we also were provided discounts on purchases we made that evening! Many thanks to the Total Wine crew!
