Andy Biggs speaking with Republican Club members

The PebbleCreek Republican Club was honored to welcome Arizona gubernatorial candidate and Congressman Andy Biggs for a special campaign event open to both club members and the public. Residents from throughout the West Valley gathered to hear Biggs discuss his priorities for Arizona and participate in a lively question-and-answer session.

During his presentation, Biggs shared his vision for Arizona’s future, focusing on economic growth, educational opportunity, public policy, and civic engagement. He discussed proposals that include eliminating Arizona’s state income tax and supporting no state tax on tips, overtime pay, and senior wages, explaining that he believes these initiatives would strengthen Arizona’s economy, attract businesses, and create new jobs.

Biggs also spoke about expanding educational opportunities through school choice and career and technical education, emphasizing that skilled trades offer valuable career paths alongside traditional college degrees. He encouraged attendees to become involved in the election process, noting that voter turnout in gubernatorial elections is often significantly lower than in presidential election years and stressing that every vote can make a difference.

The PebbleCreek Republican Club appreciates everyone who attended and helped make the event a success. Hosting opportunities for members and their guests to hear directly from candidates and elected officials is an important part of the club’s mission to encourage informed civic participation.

The club continues to grow and is looking forward to an active election season. Members enjoy monthly meetings featuring elected officials, policy experts, and community leaders, along with social gatherings and volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Club membership is required to attend the monthly meetings, and new members are always welcome.

With a busy election season ahead, the club is also looking for volunteers who would like to help with events, outreach, and other activities. Whether you have a few hours to spare or would like to become more involved, your participation is appreciated.
