On June 25, 17 members of the PebbleCreek Corvette Club caravaned to Cave Creek’s El Encanto’s Mexican restaurant for lunch. Their food was very good and service was excellent. Skip entertained us with one of his many jokes. There was great conversation and a lot of laughs, so everyone had a good time.
