General Manager’s Message

Bill Barnard

As we move into a new year, I am pleased to share that 2025 has been a very successful year for our community. We were able to complete several important projects while also exceeding key financial goals. I am optimistic that we will continue to achieve positive results and continue to improve PebbleCreek in 2026.

2025 saw the completion of multiple needed projects that directly enhance the daily experience of our residents. Major projects included the resurfacing of Eagle’s Nest Tennis Courts 1-6 along with the replacement of court lighting with energy-efficient LED fixtures. Significant roadwork was also completed throughout the community, highlighted by the replacement of the eastbound side of Clubhouse Drive from the Sales Center to the gate at Tuscany Falls. The pools also received some important upgrades to include the replacement of the cool deck at the Eagle’s Nest pool and the thorough cleaning of tile at the Tuscany Falls indoor pool. The flooring was refinished in Tuscany Falls Studios 1 and 2 with the replacement of the floor in Studio 3. At the Westwind Tavern, acoustical panels were installed to reduce noise and misters were installed on the west side of the patio. On the golf courses, the cart path was replaced from the first tee to the driving range at Eagle’s Nest and extensive drainage work was completed on all golf courses. There were numerous other smaller projects completed to improve many of our facilities and common areas.

From a financial perspective, we can preliminarily report that we’ve had another successful year. Both the Golf and Food and Beverage departments significantly exceeded their revenue projections in 2025. We are still accounting for the expenses but are confident that the numbers will look good. This strong performance reflects not only increased usage of the facilities, but also excellent management and service contributing to the financial health of the community.

These accomplishments represent a year of progress that will continue as we go into 2026. We will continue to update the community of upcoming projects via the HOA website and in our various communication tools such as PebbleNews, GM Message, and planned community meetings. We thank our residents and staff for their continued support and we look forward to building on this momentum as we move into this upcoming year. Our entire team wishes everyone a safe year filled with health, happiness, and promise.
