Mutts on a Mission

On May 4 the PebbleCreek Singles program was an introduction to the international group “Mutts on a Mission.” Two members, with their therapy dogs, explained their mission of helping third and fourth grade children read and receive emotional support. The dogs also make regular hospital visitations to cheer up many patients.
Following the meeting, 20 members dined at P. F. Chang’s for dinner and a surprise birthday celebration of the PebbleCreek Singles Activities Director Ellie Daly. It was an enjoyable meeting and meal for all of those who attended.
