Bridget Mae Kaarstad
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful aunt on July 15, 2014. Bridget was predeceased by her husband Gerald in 2009. She was born on December 27, 1930, in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. At the age of 18 she left home with her sister Casey and headed to Seattle. This is where she met and married Gerald in 1955. Gerald was in the Coast Guard so they lived in many different places over the years. Then finally 20 years ago they decided that PebbleCreek was where they wanted to stay. They were known as pioneers of the area because at the time there were only a few houses. Over the years as PebbleCreek grew they made many friends. We would like to thank all those who took care of her for us while she battled her cancer. A memorial service is to be determined at a later date.
