Although you are probably thinking more about Valentine’s Day than Christmas, we wanted to give you a final update on the Tuscany Falls Christmas Cart Parade and Food Drive held on Dec. 14.

Thank you so much to all of you who helped make the Christmas Parade and Food Drive a huge success! Parade participants came out in force and really outdid themselves with terrific cart decorations and festive attire. We were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and generosity of our PebbleCreek neighbors on the parade routes. Your substantial donations helped us fill four SUVs and two vans to the brim with food. In addition, we collected over $2,000 in check/cash donations for the Agua Fria Food Bank.

Also, many thanks to the committee members and volunteers (Jane and Rich McCurdy, Ane Aune, Roxann and Jim Sykes, Gail and Bill Raymond, Jerri and Doug Christensen, Karen and Dan Borchers, Jill and Jack Miller) who all did a great job of switching gears in the year of COVID-19 and adapting our usual Christmas caroling event to a parade and food drive. We’re already looking forward to next year!
