HOA Website Ways – November 2014

Looking for someone?

Ed Juengst

The HOA website Address Book contains a Profile Record of all registered users who have accounts on the site. It is populated by the information that each registered user chooses to enter in his/her Profile. Your username and password is secure and is not visible to anyone else. Other information is visible only to PebbleCreek registered users as they are the only ones who have accounts that allow access.

It is not necessary for each resident living in the same house to fill out and submit separate Profile login request eforms. The Profile record for each unit/lot has places to list two residents, each with his/her own contact information and photograph. Both residents use the same login name and password; however, each resident has the ability to enter his/her own email address and to select his/her own individual preferences for subscriptions to receive email bulletins.

Address Book is especially helpful when you do not have access to your copy of the PebbleCreek Source Book or when you are looking for a new resident who moved to PebbleCreek after publication of the Source Book.

Here’s how to access the Address Book. Access the site at www.pebblecreekhoa.org. Registered users should login then select PC INFO from the site’s navigation bar which appears across the top of every content page. Once there, select Address Book from the drop down menu list. This page contains commonly used numbers for staff, departments and services at PebbleCreek. At the bottom of the page you can use the Address Book Search Box to search for registered users. When searching for a registered user, search on the last name only for best results.
