On February 23 your PebbleCreek Ballroom Dance Club will be hosting a dinner/dance featuring the big band sounds of ENCORE. Our third annual semi-formal Black and White event will take place in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom. Evening starts out with a no host cocktail hour and sale of tickets for our March dance starting at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. with dancing starting at 7:15 p.m.
Your board hired this terrific band after hearing them play for another group last year. Dance or just come to listen to music that will be sweet music to your ears. This big band is composed of professional caliber musicians and includes three very talented PebbleCreek residents: Jebb Buda on saxophone, Bill Throsell on trumpet and Howard Brodbeck on drums.
Your choice of entrees for this evening will be either Chicken Cordon Bleu, Orange Cranberry Salmon or Stuffed Portobello Mushroom which will include a dinner salad and dessert. Costs for this dinner/dance will be $37.50 for members and $47.50 for non-members and we’ll be selling tickets at the EN Kiosk from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays, January 29, February 5 and February 12; Thursdays, January 31, February 7 and February 14.
Also want to emphasize that we are still in our membership drive. The $15 annual membership allows for $10 break on our three scheduled dinner/dances and $5 off on our five dances during the year.
Make it a special night out whether you’re just listening or dancing, which I always say it’s not how great you dance but how much you enjoy it.
