Do you recall attending a fun-filled Fashion Show and Luncheon this past March?
Would you enjoy learning more about the behind-the-scenes activities that use the funds raised? Are you a new resident looking for an active women’s club?
The members of Arizona Chapter Q of the National Time, Talents and Treasures (T.T.T.) Society [Tri-T] will be hosting a happy hour on Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the home of Marsha Langfuss, located at 16113 W. Piccadilly Rd. Refreshments of wine and light snacks will be served. Chapter members will be on hand to visit and share their experiences about bringing the summer camping experience to deserving fourth grade girls.
Please join us to learn about our reasons for being involved in the club’s mission of sending fourth grade girls on a summer camping experience. Some examples:
* The enjoyment of making a difference in a young girl’s life
* Community support that aids us in raising necessary funds
* Working with cooperative school staff in selection of campers
* Watching the change in each of the girls’ character and confidence
* The sense of appreciation that the parents have each year
* Providing the campers with necessities for camp and school
* Allowing the parents of young girls to provide an incredible experience
* And so much more that keeps members involved throughout the year
If you would be interested in attending this gathering, please RSVP to membership chair, Georgie Wood, at [email protected] Jenny Schafer at 623-547-0417 with your name and phone number.
We’re looking forward to seeing those community members who would be interested in learning more about the summer camping experience offered by Arizona Chapter Q.
