Work those muscles

You are invited to join our personal trainer, Jean, for complimentary 30 minute “drop in” training sessions designed to strengthen select muscle groups. The March sessions will be held in the newly renovated Eagle’s Nest Fitness Center every Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. The April sessions will be held at the Tuscany Falls Fitness Center every Wednesday also at 10:00 a.m. Participants will learn how to use the various resistance machines and free weights to address the muscle group(s) being worked. Each class will accommodate all levels of fitness and will be a great way to “Spring into Fitness.”

Muscles group to be worked:

March 5 Quadriceps: to aid walking, running and squatting

March 12 Chest: to aid posture, lifting, throwing and pushing

March 19 Core: to aid balance and strength

March 26 Shoulders: to aid flexibility, strength and your golf swing

April 3 Back: to aid strength, posture and balance

April 10 Hamstrings: to aid walking and running

April 17 Biceps and Triceps: to aid arm movement

April 24 Abductors and Adductors: to aid balance and stability
