The Wine Club event on Aug. 20 will celebrate Wagner wines featuring the Caymus Vineyards 50th Anniversary 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon. The light meal of appetizers paired with the Wagner family of wines including Mer Soleil Chardonnay, and the Walking Food Red Blend is sure to please any palate. Reservations close on July 29 for the August tasting and is an evening you don’t want to miss.
Caymus Vineyards has a long history in Napa Valley. Chuck Wagner and his late parents, Lorna and Charlie Sr., opened Caymus Vineyards in 1972, starting off with 240 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, Caymus remains 100% family-owned and run, as the next generation takes on the responsibility of this farming and winemaking operation.
The Wagner family of wines featured at the event, including the 50th Anniversary 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon, plus some other Wagner wines not featured at the tasting will be on sale the evening of Aug. 20 after the tasting at special Wine Club prices.
