Think of it as a kind of Angie’s List for PebbleCreek.
If you are looking for almost any kind of local resource, try the newly updated Kare Bears Resource Guide. There are 37 pages of resources that can be helpful for a wid.ariety of everyday needs including specialized services such as handymen, transportation, running errands, house watchers and window washers, etc. There are mobile services that come to your home, such as house calls by physicians and dentists, salon services, masseuses, dry cleaner, etc. And, here are government agencies, elder attorneys, estate and financial planners and the list goes on and on.
Perhaps the most important reason to be familiar with the Guide is to locate help when you or a loved one is ill. One of the main sections deals with products, programs and organizations for support o.arious illnesses. Another portion lists where to get medical and non-medical assistance. And, of course, there is a section that deals with housing, rehabilitation or respite care. Some of these websites can even be helpful to friends and family all over the United States.
The Guide is available on the Kare Bears website: www.karebears.org. Simply click the tab Resource Guide on the left side of the home screen and you will be connected. There are two parts to the Guide: an index and the main directory. Both are easy t.iew and/or download to your computer for future reference.
