Holiday Shopping Bus Trip to Nordstrom and Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall – Monday, November 7, 2016
Our day at Scottsdale Fashion Square will start at Nordstrom. We have arranged a special welcome from Nordstrom Management and remember their famous half-yearly sale will be going on. This will be a great time to get your Christmas shopping started. Fashion Square Mall has a great variety and large number of stores, truly something for everyone. They have a nice food court and several restaurants if you choose to enjoy lunch while there. Visit their website for a listing of stores and restaurants. The ticket price includes roundtrip Motorcoach transportation on the special Fox Sports Bus, a lower level seat in Section 112 and a special SUNS gift just for our group. The bus will depart at 11:15 a.m. sharp from the area in front of the Armed Forces Plaza. Your game tickets will not arrive until about a week before the game date. Your friendly Activities staff will communicate with you when tickets are ready for pick-up or you can grab them upon boarding the bus as well. There are currently 45 available spots. Day two: Breakfast is included at the hotel. In the morning see the floats up close and personal at the float barn, then tour Huntington Library. Return to the Holiday Inn for the evening.

January 20, 2017 – Utah Dance Company Presents: Ballroom Fever; 7:00 p.m. – Renaissance Theater
Watch out Dancing with the Stars, the Utah Ballroom Dance Company is coming to town with their award-winning showcase Ballroom Fever, Friday, January 20 at 7:00 p.m. in the Renaissance Theater. This is the same amazing dance company that has brought us Dancing with PebbleCreek Stars. This year audiences will be treated to breath-taking lifts, hundreds of beautiful costumes, enchanting theatrical story lines and a variety of ballroom dances that will captivate your heart. January 28, 2017 – Dolly Steamboat and Lost Dutchman State Park
Depart the valley and travel to the Superstition Mountains. Visit Lost Dutchman State Park where a box lunch is included. This mild adventure navigates the scenic, winding, unpaved road. Follow the winding trail to Canyon Lake, framed by giant saguaro cacti and amber red hills, and board the Dolly Steamboat for a 90-minute narrated cruise of the secluded waterways of the Junior Grand Canyon.
