There’s no better way to beat the summer heat than to plunge into the refreshing pool waters of PebbleCreek. That’s exactly what happened twice with Unit 44 residents last month.

On June 22 we gathered at the Tuscany Pool for a fun late afternoon/early evening to cool down, enjoy some refreshments, and socialize with neighbors. Whether it be swimming laps, walking the resistance waters, or simply floating peacefully, a good time was had by all. Also, Ed’s Dogs provided some of us with good food such as big dogs, corn dogs, brats, onion rings, cold beer, and more—hooray!

And then, the refreshing cool down trend continued two weeks later on July 7 when 15 Unit 44 residents enjoyed another pool party—this time at the Oasis Pool. Several delicious pizzas were delivered (from Barro’s—yum, yum), and neighbors brought additional tasty salads and desserts. Of course, cold special beverages were also enjoyed to combat the 105 degree air temp. A big, special thanks goes out to Kathy Clark and Donna Thomas for organizing this fun summer event.

Although many Creekers are away on vacation (perhaps escaping to the cooler north), the remaining Unit 44 neighbors continue to have fun getting together, especially with the help of the cool, refreshing PebbleCreek pools.

62A Tours Robson Reserve

Toni Erickson

Pat Gonzales set up a private tour for our 62A Unit at Robson Reserve facilities on June 9. Following the tour, the group enjoyed a dessert tray and beverages in one of the apartments and discussed our future living accommodations! This tour comes highly recommended!

Unit 62B Ladies’ Lunch

On June 30, Sandy Angus and Cindy Bosnak hosted the ladies of Unit 62B for lunch at Claim Jumper. There was a great turnout, especially for the summer, with 23 women in attendance. It was wonderful to see so many neighbors.

Unit 62A residents gathered poolside to say farewell to the Clinkinbeards

Happy hour wasn’t as happy for Unit 62A honoring neighbors Don and Debbie Clinkinbeard, who are moving from Sheridan Street to be with family. However, in Unit 62A style, the celebration was a time for all to gather to personally wish them well, while enjoying dinner and beverages poolside. We will miss Don and Debbie!
