Unit rep meetings resume
After a three month break over the summer, PebbleCreek Unit Reps will start meeting again. The next meeting will take place on October 12, 2015, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. in the Chianti Room.
Unit Rep meetings provide a forum for residents to learn more about what is going on in our community and exchange information with other homeowners, Unit Reps and the Board member liaison. Meetings are fact based, informative, interesting, timely and, best of all, open to all residents. So mark your calendar today.

Unit 5 happenings
Many Arizonans like to escape the summer heat and Unit 5 residents are no exception. However, we were still able to get together on two separate occasions this summer.
On May 16, 12 couples met for dinner at Tuscany Falls. We started with cocktails and snacks in the bar, which gave us the opportunity to mingle and get to know each other. Then we moved into the Chianti Room where we were served a delicious Italian Buffet, starting with a plated salad and finishing with coffee and cannoli. The attentive staff made sure the meal was really enjoyable and we all had a good time.
On August 10, 11 ladies met at Eagle’s Nest for lunch. We ordered from the lunch menu which includes the soup and salad bar. Though just a small group, we enjoyed being able to sit together at one table and talk to everyone.
We are looking forward to our next event which will be when the weather is cooler!
Unit 52 ladies luncheon

The Unit 52 Ladies Who Lunch, and are in town, met for a delightful luncheon Wednesday, August 12 at P.F. Changs. Hosted by Ellie Kovach, the group was a nice mix of some of the original residents and newcomers.
Our unit is filling up fast, with 110 units filled and several additional lots purchased. Our monthly ladies luncheons, except December, and four major parties to each year make it easy for new residents feel welcome and get to know everyone. A very active social committee also plans for additional events like pub nights which are very popular.
We’re looking forward to the next party, our annual Oktoberfest, with the year culminating with the annual Holiday Party in the Chianti Room in December.
