John Cohn, PebbleCreek Golf Resort Homeowner Association Board member and chair of the Transition Advisory Group (TAG), has spent the fall updating select groups of homeowners on the progress toward PebbleCreek’s 2027 transition from developer control to a homeowner-led HOA Board. “This was a ‘test run,’” he said. “We have made progress during the course of the spring and summer and we wanted to thoroughly revise our presentation to reflect what we have done.”
The October and November sessions, attended by more than 300 residents from several units, offered a preview of the transition fundamentals, the TAG’s current work, and what lies ahead. According to attendee Wanda Guidry, “The presentation was well organized, the content excellent, and (John) engaged well with the audience.”
These preliminary presentations were designed to gather feedback and refine messaging for a broader community-wide educational campaign launching in early 2026. The TAG is committed to ensuring that all homeowners receive clear, accessible, and actionable information about the transition.
In the coming months, TAG will finalize materials for the rollout, including progress updates, live and video presentations, website resources, and supporting communications. Homeowners can expect updates on how to attend sessions, access materials, and stay informed.
