The Women’s Giving Circle of PebbleCreek (TWGC) is excited to announce its 2nd annual fall meeting. The meeting will be held in the Tuscany Falls Chianti Room on Sept. 22, at 4:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
In keeping with our mission to advocate for and facilitate philanthropic support of organizations in the Phoenix West Valley, the meeting is planned to kick-start our program year and to give everyone (current members, new members, curious folks) an informal opportunity to engage with each other over both shared summer stories and ideas for increasing our impact in the community.
The meeting will start with an informal happy hour at 4:30 p.m., and a no-host bar will be available. After everyone has gathered, Reem George, Director of the Southwest Family Advocacy Center, will be joining us to give some insight into the impact of her organization in the greater Goodyear area, and to share the critical need that our recently announced Teen Backpack Project is working to fill. Additionally, we will be collecting travel-size toiletries for donation to Agua Fria Food & Clothing Bank to help supplement their depleted supply. Finally, we’ll offer a look ahead to future projects.
We are a very young PebbleCreek organization—in many ways we are all “new members”—and we look forward to meeting you on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 4:30 p.m. For more information about TWGC, email us at [email protected].
