December means it is time to “deck the Tuscany Falls Ballroom with boughs of holly” and get our members ready for one of their favorite events of the year, the Irish American Club Holly Ball. This year’s Holly Ball will be held on Dec. 9. The event is for club members only and sold out quickly. The elegant event is cocktail attire and will include your dinner choice of: Guinness Glazed Salmon, Chicken Saltimbocca, Porter Ale Short Ribs or Vegetable Wellington, served with a Caesar Salad, Balsamic & Pesto Roasted Vegetables, Au Gratin Potatoes, Rolls, and Dessert. A cash bar will be available. Following dinner, dancing music will be provided by the ever popular Thaddeus Rose Trio.
