The TF Fitness Studios has new WellBeats classes loaded into the system kiosk that will challenge and motivate you through the summer months! Highlights include:

Gentle Yoga: a 30-minute class designed to lengthen and stretch your body. Beginner level.

Standing Pilates: 15 minutes of multidirectional standing movements designed to strengthen your back and core. Beginner level.

Sidekick Balance: 10 minutes of back-focused exercise to improve balance, posture and overall mobility. Beginner and intermediate levels.

Fusion HITT Circuit: 30 minutes focused on flexibility, strength and mobility, designed to burn fat and speed up your metabolism.

The WellBeats classes are video presentations presented on the big screen in Studio 1, in the TF Studios building located across from the TF Fitness Center pool. WellBeats classes are free and can be viewed any time there is not a live instructor-led class underway. The studio’s staff will show you how to operate the system and select from over 100 classes available in the system. Check it out and get fit.
