Ken Minichiello and Doyle Brown
When Ken Minichiello, President of the Italian American Club, approached Doyle Brown, President of the Irish American Club, about the possibility of joint venturing a Casino Night Party, both became really intrigued and interested in pursuing this idea with their respective boards. After all, Doyle Brown is an avid visitor to https://www.bcasinoreview.com/ on the lookout for the latest games to play.
A joint committee soon was formed to develop and implement a plan on how to best accomplish this idea. The committee, consisting of members of both clubs, included Mary Flynn, Brian Gleason, Laura Variola, Linda Bolon, Barb and Joe Pariseau and Shelly Carnevale who then put their heads together and came up with the “winning ticket”: seven Blackjack tables, one Roulette table, a Craps table and a Texas Hold’em Poker table which provided seventy-nine playing spots at one time for the two hundred guests.
A success it was! Each player was given $500 in chips with a chance to win one of the six beautifully designed Irish or Italian theme raffle baskets with their winnings at the end of the evening. For every $100 of chips each player ended up with, a raffle ticket was given to the player to be placed at each of the raffle baskets of their choosing…ending up with six lucky winners! As an added gambling bonus, 50/50 raffle tickets were also sold that resulted in one lucky person walking away with $320…not bad for an additional $5 bet!
The amazing thing about this event was for $25 per person you got $500 in house money to gamble with and the opportunity to win a beautifully designed theme basket, enjoy hot hors d’oeuvres and snacks and a chance to learn how to play all the games without fear of losing your own money. Wow! The dealers were also amazing about providing information on how to play the games and for giving helpful betting hints. No gambling experience was necessary!
Much was learned at this first Casino Night Party and future Casino Night Parties are promising to be even better!
