Join us for the Committee for the High Holidays (Chavurah ShanahTovah) premier presentations for 2019.
Ever question afterlife? What does the history of mankind reveal? Most religious thoughts take for granted that we continue to live on-in some form after death. The purpose of these two lectures (February 5 and March 5) is to explore the religious imagination of various traditions as they attempt to soothe the natural death anxiety.
Rabbi Sheldon W. Moss D.D, Ph.D, (rabbi emeritus of Temple Beth Shalom, Surprise) will present this two-part series to help answer questions, via history, religions and common beliefs.
This subject has been presented by the Rabbi at ASU as well as other places in the Phoenix area. We are very fortunate to have him speak here in PebbleCreek. Join us for these two informative lectures and ideas. Audience participation will be welcomed after each lecture.
