Greetings to all PebbleCreekers from T.T.T. Chapter P! Now that the summer heat and humidity of the current year has become history, we are able to look forward to the cooler weather and the anticipation of the upcoming holidays. One way to add beauty to our homes, while also benefitting a worthwhile cause, is to order poinsettias. Our plants are currently being grown and lovingly cared for by Green Things in Tucson, Ariz. They are in 6-inch pots with gold foil pot covers and may be ordered in Jubilee Red or Polar Bear White at the cost of $12 per plant. Delivery will be to the PebbleCreek Activities Center courtyard on Dec. 1.
For those unfamiliar with T.T.T. Chapter P, our current primary purpose is to raise funds to give local, less fortunate fourth-grade girls the experience of after school and day camp programs right here at the Avondale Boys and Girls Club. This organization empowers young people, especially those who need it the most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible members of the community. Isn’t that what we want for all of our young people? You can help!
You may purchase your plants to help us provide these valuable opportunities in three ways:
1. Contact any T.T.T. Chapter P member from now until Nov. 16.
2. Order at the Eagle’s Nest ticket kiosk from 10 a.m. until noon on Friday Nov. 5 and 12, and also Tuesday, Nov. 16.
