Because of the monies earned through our Poinsettia and Butter Braid Sales, we are able to fund events such as the Christmas Party the Chapter hosted in December at Michael Anderson Elementary School. Our 21 sponsored girls each received gifts of sneakers and Christmas stockings filled with many delightful goodies. In addition, lunch was catered by Panda Express. The day was filled with laughter accompanied by many thank yous and hugs. Our partnership with Michael Anderson is ongoing and with the proceeds from our fundraisers, we will continue to provide both scholastic and extracurricular enrichment to these precious young girls. Thank you, PebbleCreek, for helping to make this possible.
Butter Braid reminder: Our members will be delivering the pastries to residents who made orders on Tuesday, March 7.
