T.T.T. Chapter P and Poinsettias

The 2019 campers with T.T.T. Chapter P members

Poinsettias are already growing for our annual holiday fundraiser!

T.T.T. Chapter AZ-P has been selling beautiful poinsettias to PebbleCreek residents since 2007. We have so appreciated your help with our two fundraisers of poinsettias and Butter Braid pastries. As a result, our chapter has sent over 90 fourth grade girls to camp.

For those unfamiliar with T.T.T. and what we do, we are part of a 110-year-old national philanthropic organization that has one goal: to help send deserving, less fortunate fourth grade girls to an accredited camp. We are devoted and passionate about making a difference in young girl’s lives by giving them a camping experience, whether it be through a local day camp or week-long experience in Prescott. Our chapter provides the camper with everything they need, including clothing, camping gear, and transportation to and from the camp.

Due to the pandemic, we have had to make a few changes. Last holiday season, we were not able to have the poinsettia fundraiser or send girls to camp for a week during June 2020.

Well, this year we are back! You will have the opportunity to purchase red or white poinsettias to adorn your home with beautiful plants. You may purchase from a T.T.T. Chapter P member directly, at the kiosk desk in Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse, or through our notices on the egroup. The plants are expected to arrive on Wednesday, Dec. 1. Read the October PebbleCreek Post to learn more about the dates, times, and details.

Because of your past generosity, this summer we were able to give thirteen girls the opportunity to experience day camp for six weeks at the local Boys & Girls Club in Avondale.

Again, thank you so much for your past generosity, and we hope you will support our mission of sending girls to camp.

Stay positive and, until next month, blessings to all from T.T.T. Chapter P. Please remember, Chapter P is for poinsettia and Butter Braids!
