29th Annual Wisconsin Party Is February 22
Sue White
The 29th Annual Wisconsin Party will be held on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2026, from 3 to 7 p.m. in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom.
This year’s theme is Tailgating. Wisconsinites love the tradition of tailgating before and after any and all sports events. Our emcee, Kevin Hillstrom, will be entertaining us with historical information about tailgating.
Dinner will be a tailgate buffet of hamburgers, Johnsonville brats, and veggie burgers along with red skin potato salad and baked beans. Dessert will be brownies and Culver’s custard. Water, coffee, and hot or iced tea are included. The cost is $38 per person.
Ticket sales were held at the Eagle’s Nest Kiosk at the end of January. However, if you are interested in buying tickets, please call Dan Borreson at the number shown below.
A cash bar will be available, which will include Wisconsin’s own Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer. Once again, we will have a 50/50 raffle, a basket raffle, and of course the Card game. Cash only is accepted for the raffles and Card game.
We will also be accepting donations with checks or cash to the Agua Fria Food Bank.
Wear your favorite tailgating attire with Wisconsin connections, schools, teams, and businesses. Come and join your fellow Wisconsinites for this annual tradition of getting together once a year. Did you know that we are the only State Party that has been held every year since it started 29 years ago? “On, Wisconsin!”
If you have any questions, you may call Dan Borreson at 715-577-1583.

2026 Oregon Party
The annual PebbleCreek Oregon Picnic for 2026 is fast approaching. It will be held on Saturday, March 28 at noon at Sunrise Park. As in years past, everyone is encouraged to bring an appetizer to share, your beverage, and your chair. Plates, utensils, and napkins are provided.
To come to the Oregon gathering you don’t have to be from Oregon or live there now. You may not have started out there. You might be a Duck or a Beaver or neither one. Simply a love of the state, a good memory of a camping trip on the McKenzie, or maybe a grandparent who homesteaded in Eastern Oregon might be what connects you to the state. No entrance exam will be given prior to admission, but you must know how to pronounce Willamette and Oregon!
The traditional Oregon Trivia Challenge goes on, so review your state facts, and see you all on March 28!
