On Wednesday, January 7, 2015, The Pet Companions Club of PebbleCreek is pleased to have as its speaker, Sonia Hernandez, from the Spay Neuter Hotline, a program of the Animal Defense League of Arizona (ADLA). ADLA is Arizona’s statewide animal protection organization. Their hotline runs the largest Trap Neuter Return (TNR) program in the state, fixing more than 15,000 cats per year. The hotline also keeps track of spay/neuter clinics and programs throughout the state and connects people and animals to those services. Their website is www.adlaz.org. Sonia will discuss TNR, how the process works, and the benefits and will answer your questions.

All PebbleCreek residents, whether club members or not, are encouraged to attend this very informative and important free presentation. We will meet at 3:00 p.m. in Room 100 of the Eagle’s Nest Activities Center.

As always, there will be a box available for those wishing to donate such pet related items as: dog beds, pet toys, pet food (check expiration dates), pet crates, cages, blankets (no sheets or pillowcases), towels, etc. Those items not used in our PebbleCreek rescues will be donated to other local animal shelters.

Please address any questions to Jim or Marge Ellison at 623-935-6651.
