A large group from the Singles Club made the annual trip to celebrate Octoberfest at Haus Murphy’s German restaurant in Glendale. The restaurant has a great outdoor patio in their Biergarten for all to enjoy some German beers, food, wine, cocktails, and, best of all, friendship. It specializes in pork and chicken schnitzel, but also has the huge pretzels and other great German foods. It was a memorable German experience for all who went. We have monthly meetings on the first Sunday of the month at Tuscany Falls Ballroom at 2:30 p.m.
