“PebbleCreek is a dynamic and ever changing community, filled with diverse and amazingly talented people and wonderful amenities that enrich our lives. The recent PebbleCreek Strategic Planning process revealed that over 90% of us came to live in PebbleCreek in part because of the many facilities and amenities that are offered in our community. These facilities and amenities are valued at over $28 million and play a key role in making the PebbleCreek lifestyle unparalleled in the local area.”
“As Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee, I’m now even more aware that our facilities and infrastructure are entering a new phase that will require capital improvements, long-term maintenance and upgrades. RCI (Robson Communities) is still building new facilities and PebbleCreek is developing new programs in order to keep pace with our growth and expanding interests.”
“As a result, I am now running for a position on the PebbleCreek HOA Board of Directors and I ask for your vote. My goal is to ensure that the current and future tactical planning is implemented in a manner that includes the concerns and interests of residents while providing long-term fiscally sound practices to maintain, enhance and grow our significant facilities and amenities.”
“I believe that my involvement in our community reflects my passion and enthusiasm for PebbleCreek along with a track record of leadership and governance.”
