Are you interested in joining a club that offers different and exciting events each month? Then check out the Shalom Club! The Shalom Club of PebbleCreek is a wonderful organization which provides a great way to meet new people or spend time with existing friends. It allows members the opportunities to participate in fun and exciting events which focus on the Jewish Heritage, celebrations and diverse issues.

On September 24, approximately 35 people attended the musical award production In The Heights at the Phoenix Theatre.

Join us for our annual Break-the-Fast-Celebration in the Chianti Room at Tuscany Falls on October 12 at 6:45 p.m. What a great way to bring in the New Year! Planned and coordinated by Mimi Birnel, information can be found on the Shalom Club website. Arranged group seating is available. Contact Carl Schatz at [email protected].

We are looking forward to Hermine Sulzberg’s culinary class called Knish Klass offered in her home on October 18.

Interested in partaking in a lively discussion group about a particular movie? Then join Steve Shaffer on October 14 at 10:00 a.m. at the Tuscany Clubhouse as he leads the group. The movie selection will be determined.

Do you have a love for literature? Our book group will meet November 11 at 10:00 a.m. in the Milan Room at Tuscany. The book, The Nightingale, by Kristin Hannah will be discussed at that time.

The Shalom Club has something for everyone. Check out the website for additional activities in November. Pcshalomclub.org

We meet once a month on the third Sunday of each month in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom at 6:30 p.m. (to schmooze and nosh) followed by the meeting at 7:00 p.m.

As President Phil Zeidman states, “The Shalom Club becomes your family. We celebrate the good times and help each other through the trying times.”
