Be sure to mark your calendars for the 24th annual Fall Home and Garden Tour on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020! It’s your chance to check out some of the new houses that are popping up and the many remodeling projects going on in PebbleCreek. It’s so exciting to see all the new construction, and to also watch construction crews busy with remodels on many streets in our established areas. Are you among those who have recently completed a home expansion or remodel, or perhaps just put the finishing touches on your newly constructed home? What better way to share your decorating, design, and construction expertise with your PC neighbors and friends than having your home on the PebbleCreek Fall Home and Garden Tour? There’s really nothing to it. The Home Tour Committee and volunteers handle ticket sales, provide programs with special features of your home, and station hosts and hostesses throughout your home during the tour. This leaves you free to go out and see the other beautiful homes on the tour.
From its beginning in 1996, the Home Tour has been helping children in the City of Goodyear through the Shop with a Cop program, and has become one of the most important ongoing community-building events in PebbleCreek. It takes more than 100 volunteers—homeowners, hostesses, sponsors, committee members, and many more to make this tour happen. It takes the entire PebbleCreek community supporting the event by purchasing tickets to have a successful tour.
The Home Tour Committee members are Wally Campbell, Charlotte Krause, Barbara Hockert, Mary Lynne Carson, and Suzanne Butler. Because our committee is volunteer based, 100% of the Home Tour proceeds are passed on to the Goodyear Police Department for the Shop with a Cop program each year. This is truly a wonderful outreach in our community.
Please consider having your home on this year’s Fall Home and Garden Tour on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020. If you are interested or would like more information about being on the tour, please contact committee member Barbara Hockert at 303-550-9790.
