Join us Friday, November 11, Veterans Day, at 2:00 p.m. in the Renaissance Theater as we say thank you and remember the brave men and women who are serving or have served our country. The program will feature Gary Griggs as Master of Ceremonies, a presentation of The Colors, the Pledge of Allegiance led by Jim Martin and the singing of patriotic songs including God Bless America led by Bev Griggs. A very special presentation from the Arizona Sons of the American Revolution will feature Steve Monez doing a reenactment of General George Washington speaking to the Continental Congress in January 1777, so don’t miss this outstanding program. The event will also be highlighted by the playing of a very special PowerPoint presentation that has been compiled over the last several months by homeowner Sandra Hand with the help of her husband David. The presentation will feature hundreds of photos of servicemen and women from PebbleCreek. This presentation will also run on our Pebble TV Channel 1960 for 24 hours on Veterans Day. Tickets on sale now at the Activities Office. Ticket price is a $5 donation; monies collected will go to the Arizona Sons of the Revolution Color Guard.
