Community Service/Patrol
Fall is here, and everyone is returning to the valley of the sun. Many of you returned with RVs. We would like to take a few minutes to review the parking rules for homeowners and guests.
Homeowners RVs
* Homeowners are allowed to park in front of their own homes for up to 48 hours to load or unload in a 7-day period. There must be a 7-day period between times you can park again.
* For safety reasons, traffic cones placed on the corners of the RV are required.
* If you have extension cords crossing any walkway or sidewalk, you must cover them so pedestrians don’t trip.
* Goodyear law and PebbleCreek rules do not allow anyone to sleep in the RV.
* Pop outs should be closed after sundown.
* Park as far away from intersections as possible.
Guest RVs
* Guests must get guest passes at the gate. If the RV is being towed, they must get two passes and attach one on the trailer, boat, etc., and place one on the towing vehicle.
* Guest RVs are not allowed to park on the street overnight. There is a designated guest parking lot in Eagle’s Nest.
* Guest RVs are allowed to park in the guest RV lot for up to 72 hours in any 30-day period. Any time period over 72 hours, the guest must find outside storage.
* Pop outs must be closed.
* Goodyear law and PebbleCreek rules do not allow anyone to sleep in the RV.
