Roadrunners Had Another Fabulous Year!

The PebbleCreek Roadrunners are a group of guys who play (without fail) every Monday and Wednesday at PebbleCreek. In April, they held their annual golf tournament testing their skills for best net and best gross scores on the course. The game also included skins.

Twenty-one participants played, starting on April 11—a very windy day—resulting in higher than average scores than last year’s event. Day two of the event was April 13—a pleasant day resulting in Terry Brownell firing a below par round of 71 to capture the 2022 Gross Trophy.

Tom Peterson shot two consistent rounds and captured the Low Net Trophy with net rounds at 69 and 76.

Other net winners were Bob Iverson (3rd), Doug Ginter (4th), Ken Schumacher (5th), and Rick Westmoreland (6th).

To celebrate the season end, the guys treated their spouses and significant others to a dinner celebration at the Oasis Pool on April 16.
