The PebbleCreek Roadrunners are a group of guys who play (without fail) every Monday and Wednesday at PebbleCreek. In April, they held their annual golf tournament testing their skills for best net and best gross scores on the course. Unlike other years, the weather won out to make it a one–day tournament instead of the traditional two for the 23 participants.
Doug Ginter won the Gross Trophy with a score of 78, and Dave Morse won the Low Net Trophy with a net 69. Thanks to Jim May for making a fabulous glass Roadrunner trophy for the winner!
To celebrate the season end, the guys treated their spouses and significant others to a dinner celebration at the Oasis Pool on April 6. We also celebrated the lives of two members who are now shooting their game in a more heavenly place—Vince Tobin and Paul Beaubien.
