The Oct. 5 meeting will be both informative and educational. Our first speaker is Austin Smith. Austin is one of the legislators representing our district in the State House of Representatives. He will be discussing the controversial issue of Rank Choice Voting. He will explain how it works. We are delighted to welcome Austin back to update us on the latest bills passed and what our representatives will be working on in the upcoming legislative session.
Our second speaker is Eric Hayes. Eric is a field representative for Turning Point Action, a division of Turning Point USA. He will be sharing his own story and an important video on the History of Critical Race Theory.
Our meeting will be held on Thursday, Oct. 5 in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom.
It starts with Social Time at 6:30 p.m.followed by our meeting at 7 p.m.
