The PebbleCreek Republican Club welcomed members and invited guests to the Thursday, May 2, meeting in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom. Social time began at 6:30 p.m. with a cash bar and the meeting followed at 7:00 p.m. A complimentary snack table in the ballroom was provided through the members’ dues. Because of popular demand, the PCRC has added a social time for a half hour after the meeting for attendees and speakers to get together casually with questions and conversation. The open bar will be available and snacks will continue to be served.

Inge Chapman gave the Invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Professor Damask before the general meeting started.

We were delighted with the large May turnout for popular speaker Professor Nick Damask for his return engagement. He received his MA in International Relations at The American University in DC, his BA/PhD in Political Science at the University of Cincinnati and is a Salvatori Fellow at The Heritage Foundation in DC.

Professor Damask spoke on the “All-out War: Trump and the Deep State.” What is the deep state, what does it want and can President Trump defeat it? This was a particularly exciting, informative do not miss presentation that explained the deep state clearly and definitively. There was an extended Q and A period and Professor Damask continued chatting long after the meeting ended.

If you are interested in signing up for Professor Damask’s lecture series, please contact Bari Cavallo at 720-201-2993 or [email protected].
