Classic American Flyer trains

The PebbleCreek Model Railroad Club has about two dozen members – all interested in railroad lore and many active in modeling either HO, O or G scale. But we’d also like to reach out to additional PebbleCreek residents who have other types of trains such as the Lionel or American Flyer sets many of us grew up with. There is always an interest from the community. We often get asked about fixing, buying or selling Lionel (such as O-27 gauge) or America Flyer (such as S gauge) items but we don’t have anyone with that knowledge. If you do, please consider joining us as our experts. And while your trains will not operate on our existing layouts, we’d love to be able to include your items in our displays and at our Open House events. And speaking of Open Houses, our next event will be held on Thanksgiving Friday, November 28. Bring the family to see all our trains; hopefully including those of new members, too! We are open for visits in Room 106 at the Eagle’s Nest Activity Center on Tuesday or Thursday mornings, although we generally are not running trains then. Or find us online at www.pcmrc.org.
