Carol has been quilting for almost 50 years. She has won over 50 ribbons, which include two Best of Show ribbons. She has exhibited in local, national, and international quilt shows. Carol and her husband, Craig, moved to PebbleCreek 2 1⁄2 years ago from Poughkeepsie, N.Y., as snowbirds but decided full time residency fit their lifestyle better. Carol is a former art teacher and uses that background and knowledge to design her quilts. She is inspired by nature and does primarily landscape quilts. She tries to design a quilt from each vacation she takes combining photos in order to create the scene she desires. Carol is originally from Denver, Colo., and loves living in the Southwest to enjoy new landscapes to quilt!
