It’s that time again—to challenge your brain and test your knowledge of all things Trivia! It’s time for Pub Quiz Nights at the Eagle’s Nest restaurant on select Saturday evenings from now through spring. The first Pub Night is Saturday, December 17.
Tickets are $18, (includes buffet dinner, tax, tip and quiz fee). For those preferring a side salad only the cost is $10. Throughout the season tickets will be sold at the Eagle’s Nest Activities Office starting the Monday morning following each quiz night. Tickets go on sale for the first Quiz Night on Monday, December 5 at 8:00 a.m. You may sign up and pay for an entire team of eight people or as a single, pair, etc. We’ll match you to a table. Space is limited. Tickets are non-refundable and ticket holders must be in their seats by 6:00 p.m. or else wait list persons will be given access to your seat. Ticket payment must be cash or check payable to PCHOA.
The buffet dinner on December 17 will be a Chicken Buffet – fried, baked, barbeque and all the trimmings.
Never been to a Pub Quiz Night? Here’s what you can expect:
Which Italian composer wrote The Barber of Seville and who is the title character?
Who was America’s first flapper icon?
What is the only U.S. state capital named for a Biblical character?
You can play alone—or form a team of up to eight members. Bring your neighbors, bring your guests. Prizes are awarded each night and points are accumulated each week to recognize the top team at season’s end.
It’s an evening out where you don’t need to cook, where you can meet new people and where you can have fun. This event usually sells out each week, so secure your ticket early and join the fun.
Oh yes—the answers (in case you need them)—Rossini/Figaro, Betty Boop, St. Paul, Minnesota.
